If I cut out the books I didn’t finish all of before abandoning them, I got to about 130 books this year. Pretty much everything was either a total win or meh. I had no assigned reading all year, no committee reading, no homework. It was freeing but also unnerving. I miss school. I read a lot more fiction for adults and continued my journey into audiobooks. I’m looking forward to a better year as far as reading is concerned. Actually, I feel like that’s all I need to say about the year in reading. Easy peasy. Here’s to 2015 and being more consistently excited or intrigued by stuff.
